Everyone I know that uses a Whisker Biscuit shoots carbon arrows and they all use the one made for aluminum arrows. It keeps them from having to trim the "whiskers" as much. Several of them are 3D shooters too (with different bows) and they all claim to get good accuracy and less arrows wear with the alumimum biscuits instead of the ones made for carbons.
As for arrow choice, I really like the the ICS Hunter 340s I'm shooting now, but I'm planning to get a dozen of the Blackhawk Vapor camo shafts in a few months to use for hunting. I like the slick surface of the Beman ICS Hunters much better than the Goldtip 5575's I was also considering when I bought the Bemans.
