I'd also recommend going to your local archery shop
and get some hands on advice. After, if you'd still
like some second opinions, make another post and I'm
sure you'll get some responses here

I've also got a 27" draw. My arrows are cut to 26 1/2"
(measured from the bottom on the nock groove to the
end of the shaft, not including field tip or BH) and
have 4" vanes. I shoot Easton ACC 3-60's with a
100 gr. BH or field tip. The finished weight of my
arrows are 392-395 grains. This not a recommendation,
but rather some info for you on a setup similar to
yours. I almost forgot, I'm shooting a Mathews Q2
set at 66 lbs. with a Trophy Taker arrow rest.
