I shoot 5575 Gold Tip arrows,with vanes...27 1/2 long tipped with 100 grain Spitfires! Q2XL,28inch draw length....set at 68lbs.
I took a nice 130 class 5x5 with this setup on Nov.11 of this year....left a big star right thru his heart where the Spitfire went thru!
He tipped over about 45 yards away from my stand....I would say they will work with Spitfires just fine as long as you are pushing them with at least 65lbs and a 28inch draw,they are not very heavy!
