If the spikes are less than 3 inches, its a legal doe. It was checked in like every other deer. That applies in most states. I wish I was a little mroe cognizant of the spikes, but 2 people told me that the deer was too old to have spikes anyway and genetically inferior. I am not much for aging deer so I have to go with them.
