New location to hunt-need ideas on where.
This land is next to a small creek (too deep to wade) and has an area which is next to it which is a sunken area (doesn't have water though) which is overgrown with cockleburs. One morning I spooked 4 deer out of it as I walked into it. I couldn't figure out why they were there-didn't see any beds & didn't notice any oaks. The area with the cockleburs is about 100yds x 100 yds. No tall trees inside to hang a treestand. Those cockleburs stick to almost everything that touches em so I couldn't see deer being down there. Not much hunting pressure around this area. Any ideas on how or if I should hunt it? Thanks!!
