I used to own a bantam and it is a fine gun for youth model at a decent price. That being said, It ain't no BROWNING. The BPS is as nice as what the remington wingmaster used to be.

In technical terms I would say a BPS is a pretty version of the Benelli Nova.

Not to mention the BPS will hold it's value better than mossberg 500. If you paid over twice what a mossberg 500 costs I think you may have over paid though. For that kind of money you could have got a base line auto.

I looked at one for my girlfriend last year and it was only about 400 or so.
