3 point rule works fine in zone 3...the improvement in herd quality/rack size is tremendous versus 4 years ago...as far as 1 buck...Jersey will never do it. They will lose way to much revenue...not to mention the herd numbers to land ratio...most of my area is developed to the teeth...They limit season to one buck, they also lose the herd management of the does that go along with the tags they sell for each season...that would be disaterous for the herd in the State...just my 2 pennies...
