Don't forget, you can move around. Carfully. I tend to start getting ansy, when I am uncomfortable, so I will get in just about every position possible in my stand.

I do take my stand up pretty hight to help avoid deer seeing my movement. I also take my hunting time to reflect on many things, family, business, praying... most every thing.

Also, I take special note of what I heard, saw as well as the wind, temp. so on and so forth.

And yes at times a good nap! there's nothing like drifting off 35 foot in a tree with that cool air around you the dawn sun hitting your face and those crazy crows, cawing. Man, for me this make for a great snooze

I had a pretty good friend years ago in school down in Alabama named Bucky, your the first person that I have noticed that has this name.
