u have to upload ur images to a site like imageshack, photobucket.com... one of those first... then once uve uploaded to one of those sites, there will be an option to get the "URL" of that pick... then u come to the forums and where it says "Add Image" with the lil icon in the text format bar... u jus click the button n add the pictures URL from ur image hosting website... its really easy once u get the hang of it... hope that helps
