I shoot with my quiver on.....and I practice with it on about 1/2 the time. I don't see a difference with it on/off. let me also say that I'm likely not shooting the distances you are.....so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I get in the tree and take one arrow out of the quiver and put it in the rest. At over 300fps....I don't think my bow knows the diff.

I also like having it there when I hunt for follow-up shot reasons. I was afforded a follow up shoton 2 occasions, this year.

There's a lot of good bow-mounted quivers out there. I've had experience with 2....and I wouldn't hesitate to use any of the top name brands.
