Your orignal question entailed a LOT more than that (I just went back and read it).

But for the sake of DISCUSSION.....I'd say the photo and story as depicted HERE won't have ANY effect on the hunting world. You could probably throw in a "hell-yeah" as you say you watched the deer go down with no consequences. Heck....you might even get away with a shot of hoytgirl kicking the downed rascal! (just joking, just joking)
