A lot of the revenue generated from bear hunting, be it in the spring or fall, comes directly from the states. The sportsmen here in the U.S. travel to Canada to hunt and with them comes money. Money has more influence than anything else in the world and we all know it.

U.S. hunters stop traveling to Canada to hunt and your outfitters lose quite a bit of money, again, be it in the spring or fall.
Like I said earlier, in Ontario it doesn't matter how it affects the economyin the NW part of the province. The money means nothing. Take a look that the size of Ontario. The laws are being made by those from the southern part of the province. City folk. These same people have ZERO clue what goes on in the NW. Sad but true.
I was speaking of Canada in general, not just Ontario.
I realized that. But many seem to think that money has everything to do with it. Emotion plays just as big of a role, if not bigger. I was using the situation in Ontario toprove my point.
Point taken and understood.
