There are co2 dischargers for side hammers, for something with a breech plug you can take out the plug and push the charge and bullet on threw.
my air discharge tool doesnt blow out all the pyrodex. it leaves enough behind to gum up the works. i like to always start fesh and never more than a couple days with the charge left in it. why take a chance.
