Several years ago, PA initiated a buck management concept, 3 points or better to a side (in most areas). What is everyone's thoughts on this? Do they see bigger deer in the fields and woods? Also, I'm noticing less doe b/c of the concurrent deer season. Does PA have the state hunting going in the right direction?
