Actually, this is about the 3rd time, at least, that this type of thread has gone extra innings here. Its always the same formula; someone complains about deer dogs ruining their hunt. But then that turns into a soapbox for condemning this style of hunting in general as lazy, unethical, etc. It then evolves into the general theme of dogs ruining hunting, complete with folks bragging that any dog near their stand or running a deer is open game, or that any dog at all on their land is open game. I think it is safe to say that this thread will fizzle out in another 5-10 pages. Then, someone else will start the topic again around this time next year and it will again run into 20 plus pages.[]
