RE: What would mean more to you?
It's funny, but I feel the same way about my father. Whenever I scout a new property, I talk him into coming and put him in the best stand. What's funny about it is he always kills more and bigger bucks than me anyway, but I still get a kick out of setting him up. When I hear that shot, or come out to find him in the truck warming up, I couldn't be happier. I guess it's because as I get older, I realize how much hunting he sacrificed to bring me and my brothers into the sport. As he gets up in years, I find more and more that it's just not the same when I'm not hunting with him.
