I have often wanted to go back up there just to hunt and stop in at the Knotty Pine. When our place was sold the gentleman who bought it said I was welcome there anytime I could get up there. We used 10 fishing shanties, all with heaters and had close to 30 tree stands built when I left. I took my 2 biggest deer up there and before I was 17 and have never had oneclose since. Unfortunately, I only have my 9 point rack mounted which is a 140 class deer. The 13 I shot up there was lost in moves while I was in the military. (not my moves, my parents Ugh.) he was a 130 class, had him tattooed on my arm from an old picture. So, he's still with me.......
