It may well be a Mossberg 835, which also happens to be one of the best turkey guns around. While it may be the least expensive, it is a fine choice. They are relatively light, which makes recoil a bit of a bear, but they carry nicely. The overbored barrel throws a good pattern as well.

You might be able to find a Benelli Nova around the same price, just depends on where you look.
