I will readily agree that there are many areas in dire need of some fast micromanaging strategy. I doubt that anybody who regularly posts in this forum will dispute that.
That being said......this lawsuit was going to achieve that end how?
I am with you on needing changes, but on the plaintiffs of the dismissed lawsuit.........you take that org. completely down to ground zero, and start fresh, then we can have a discussion about the USP. Until that time, they are beyond irrelivent.
