Do you personally like to get game more or do you like to see others get it. Don't get me wrong I love to hunt and nothing beats being successful myself, but I love to see others do well also. I have a friend who finally got a bull this year after seven years of the hardest hunting you could imagine. I have hunted with him for about three years now and it is never a question of desire with this guy because he hunts as hard as anyone I have ever met. Well the cards finally came together for him this year and he finally got his bull. I did not get one but the fact that he did almost makes me forget I never even got a shot this year. Does anyone else out there have a similar experience? I'm sure there are some fathers and sons out there who can relate. I guess this season wasn't all bad as I did get my first buck with a bow.
