So many ideas are running though my mind yet hard to explane in detail ... but heres goes anyway.
If I was to design a " fanny pack " I would have one large pouch in the center and one medium pouch on each side with smaller pockets on top of the mediums.
Of course all pouches and pockets would have silent zippers and I would put some type of attachment for a water bottle and a couple rings , loops or clips sewn into it between the pouches.
