Ive got an encore and i use 150 grains of powder with a 240 grain knight bullet. I killed a deer with this gun last year and droped it at a 115 yards. My dad also uses the same in his encore and he killed a deer last year at about 210 yards. But is there any way to lower the powder put in and try a different bullet? What do u suggest to try? SOme people tell me to use 100 grains of powder and go to a lighter bullet. WHat do u think?
