Yep I did, down in florida while hog hunting a few years ago.Thing is though ,it angered the Indian Rain gods down there, the skies opened up with lightening,a heavy rain downpore, and a tornado within a mile of where I was,and traveling my way.I was frantic and started to run toward the logging road, when a 80'pine tree blew down right next to me,this aint no crap,it's the truth. So What I'm trien to say is don't ever shoot one!!There was another event that happened after that, that I'll share at another time.
drs ..... I have shot many with a gun ..... why do you think that shooting that crow caused all that?
Tony I don't I was kidding about the Indian gods.I'm a firm believer in Christ,I just had to tell the story of the storm and how scared I was.It was pretty intense.I was 2o-25' up in a pine and this crow was cirling me with some other crows, when it landed in a tree nearby and another 20' higher. After I shot the crow I could hear thunder and the winds picked up,the guide told us to get away from and out of the piines when storms would aproach, because lightening had a propensity to hit them over most of the other trees(probably because of the height).
