I went the Cabela's Elite Scout Pack this year and really like it. I didn't use it much because backpacks and climbers are a pain together (side bags on my climber). This pack is nice and big with lots of pockets. One thing I like is the way you can expand it with strap adjustments. There is a big/wide waist belt and a chest belt also. Here is a link to it:
