We've gotten plenty of precip, its just been in the form of rain in central Iowa. I must be getting sensitive in my old age, because I've had my fill of gray rainy days for the year. We should have snow, ice on the lakes and blinding sun right now. As it is, all the lakes and rivers are open, most everywhere is a big mudhole. Not really good for anything! Like Cayugad says though in Wisconsin, just wait five minutes and the weather will change. Same usually applies here.
