Not real sure about this club since the GA leg of the STC has moved.... but, the host club last year is basically the only club that hosts IBO rules 3D shoots in GA. Here is the link for those fellows. Email them and see if they are still in the IBO business.

There are a ton of archey clubs in GA. Most shoot ASA rules. Let me know what part of GA you are inand I can lead you in the right direction.
