Dead-Eye I can do you one better I work for Charter as a system tech in MIchigan I will check into why it's being removed or maybe there is a channel realignment going on and it's been moved to a different channel number.I know that the outdoor channel is a very popular with cable subscriber's.Also the other reason's it may be being removed is not enough people want it low intrest or it's happened before the company themselves (outdoor channel) wont authorize it for some reason go to your local office and ask dont call you will get a better response because the call center's are usually busy with service call's and outage's and dispatching tech's
