Hi guys, does anyone have any recipes for javelina. like , can you actually make sausage out of them? I met a guy at a 3D shoot and he told me he made hot sticks out of his. I'm leaving on a hunt wednesday and I would like to be able to process and eat on the meat while we are there. thank you.
