First I guess I'm wondering why you need 30" arrows on a 29" draw? What rest are you using?
OK...first, you need an arrow that is spined correctly, and anything in a 400 spine would work for you. How heavy you go depends on what you are trying to do. Do you want light and fast or slow and heavy? There are good and bad to both, but that's for another day.
IMO, you want your finished arrow weight in the 5.8-6 gpp of draw weight. With you shooting 60#'s that's gonna be anywhere from 345 to 360 grains of finished arrow weight.
