Getting measured will help, but your draw length is going to vary some depending on the grip style, your form, draw weight, etc. The little draw length measureing bows can be tricky, because they are so light you tend to stretch out a lot more--I can use the same anchor and draw them 2" further than what I draw my longbow. Draw length "formulas" are hit or miss--for some they are fairly accurate, for others they are way off. Finally, as you develop your shooting style, your draw length will probably change a good bit.

The good news is it shouldn't make much of a difference--drawing a trad bow 1" more or less than you expected is usually no big deal.
