Default Some recovered Hornadays from back stop.

Here are some Hornaday HP XTP's I recovered from my range back stop. they can be either the 230gr. .451 shot from my 54calor the 240gr.429 shot from my 50 cal.

The back stop, a stack of 15" steel belted car tires filled with red sand.

Recovered bullets. Not knowing which ones they were for sure I havn't weighed them. Of course the weight test is not accurite unless you knew the weight before the bullet was shot as they DO vary in weight from the box by as much as 5gr. give or take.

They traveled thru the steel belts, and about 16 inches of frozen sand.

These are the sabots and bullets also the front view of the expention.
I have not shot the Knight sabot yet as my range has bee under water for several weeks. I don't really want to pratice shooting from a canoe .
