Turkey Season usually opens in Marchand you can always find some Big Red Fish,Speckle Trout, Black Drum, Flounders, Tarpon or sometype of salt water quarryin the bays here in NW Florida where I live anytime of year. Just need a flats boat and a good fishing pole and it's on!
