Nice shot dude! I may be mistaken, but I believe your's is a red fox and hers is a grey fox.....grey's are a bit bigger. Nicely done!
Both are grays. They are a way more aggressive fox than a red and commonly live in trees. They can scale a tree if it is slightly sloped. My grandpa shot oneoff of a tree limb as the fox was running on it 10 ft off of the ground.They are a timber fox where the red fox lives in open areas more. I caught this one in a snare one time and that little fox was lunging at the end of the snare trying to get me. A red fox just cowers when you walk up to them in a snare or trap. I would fully mount them. They are cool creatures and way more uncommon around here than the redfox.
