Try to find a Burris scope on a friends rifle to look through before you buy one. I have owned several, and my eyes don't like them. I am not sure if it is a paralax adjustment problem or just my eyes. I have had several instances of "now you see it now you don't" while hunting. The scope just blacks out for some reason unknown to me. There are alot of people that do like Burris optics, but I would suggest looking through one before spending any money. I have not had the "paralax" problem with Leupold, Zeiss, or Trijicon which is all that I own now. Just my 2 cents.
