I hunt in South Butler and Conecuh co. Our buck weights are about what you are saying.Our3 1/2 + yr oldbucks weigh in the 175-225 range. About every 3 or 4 years someone will slip up and shoot a 240lbder. A big doe is 110-130.Wedon't have any crop land around us soall our deer areacorn fed. There was a deer shot a few miles up the road from me here in NW Florida that weighed 204lbs a few weeks ago. He was a crop fed. Most of the FL deer around this area are in the 150-175lb range.

When I was going to school at Auburn I shot an eight point and ten point (not at the same time) that field dressed over 200. My scale only went to 200 and they both bottomed it out. I had to gut them and try again. Both were over by a pound or two. Ishot a 9pt in Tuskegee Nat Forest that weighed 196 on the hoof. My cousin and I both killed several does in the 130lb + range.
