I do not have any experience with these particular boots, but normally I would say go for it because Rocky makes a great product. But I cannot do that now. For several years now , Rocky boots have been having quality problems. The stitching has been failing, but even worse is the soles. It would seem that the soles cannot stand up to use. I have two different pair that have had chunks come off the lugs after only brief use. So if you are not just dead set on Rocky's , I would look into something made by Danner, or another quality manufacturer.
