Any vine, no matter how thick orthin itmay be is POISON IVY. If said vine is growing up the best tree along the travel route, do not cut it out with a bow saw to make your stand placement easier, instead abandon the area and go hunt on public land as the vine that is there is especially noxious and powerful. Additionally, poison ivy remedies are usually packed up for the year in November in Wisconsin.
