It is EVERY hunters duty to read the regulations book so they know the laws and the regulations for the animals they hunt. Stuff happens, and like what was said earlier, just because an adult is with, doesn't mean they know right from wrong. I wouldn't recomend a young hunter going hunting with half of the people I know that hunt, they just seem like they really have a clue.
