I've been using the MacKenzie[sp?] layered foam which are bright orange and have cables on the corners which you can reposition twice each to tighten them up. I got them for both type heads, but have recently gotten a Morrell Eternity bag target which I really like for field tips. To make your own, can't help ya, think you start w/ a gazillion Mal-Wart bags, lol. Dan Miller sells a pair of arrow pulling pliers that are the best $11.00 I've spent, pic enclosed.
