There are literally HUNDREDS of arrows to choose from out there....But I'll narrow it down a tick.....

Easton Axis in a 500 spine, depending on her draw length and needed arrow length, but at under 50#'s of draw weight, a 500 spine would work well. Just re-read your original, yes, a 500 spine will be perfect.

If you don't want carbon, look at a 1916 aluminum.

Gold Tip makes good arrows, as does Beman, Carbon Express, and several others.
