iknow this is the "technical" forum but i dont realy understand. Torquing my bow means gripping it tightly or at an angle, correct? the other situation describes a rest not being properly set up, correct?

i didnt set up my wb, my pro shop did using one of those laser squaring devices. as far as the torquing goes, i hold my bow with my fingers open so i am really not gripping the bow at all.

correct me if im wrong in any of this, because i need to fix this. is it bad on the string?
You can still induce torque to your bow's grip, even without grabbing the grip if your hand position is not correct,, on the particular grip of the bow.


Remember that I said "if" you are torquing the grip..
