The one I modified was not anApple but worked very similar.I just cut the clamps off and took a flat plate and drilled a clearance hole for the 5/16 stabilizer bolt.I then bent a 90deg angle on it and welded it to the rod that goes into the vise.


You couldmake a complete new mounting system and not tear up the clamp but I don't like them anyway.
