Yep enforcement is a problem hence the preregistration of dogs to owners and liscensing of the hunters. Liscenses that not only go in the hunters pockets but on every vehicle involved as well as on every dog. That is addressed in the Georgia regs.Furthermore your running lands are submitted for approval and mapped out. Plain and simple when your hounds get out of bounds there is plain and simple recourse with not alot of need for investigation. You will be held accountable for your hound just as I would be if I am over the line. Boy now thats alot to ask there.

Hey New the thread is about SC dog hunting posted byt a man definately in SC. The problems he expressed are happening at this very moment all around the state.

Enjoy your free time up there, as I said winds of change are coming. Deny it , scream about it, cast your hounds with no regard, but theres no doubt that people wont stand for being abused over a mans need to hear his hounds forever. I am truely sorry to say, your responses are so very typical even when presented by someone with far more patience and temper than myself. What you still fail to understand is your fellow hunters, are your only hope or preserving your tradition. So while you say tough luck, and your an anti, please try to understand you are only tightening the noose by being volitile with your hunting brothers concerns.

It is truely a shame that it has come down to this kind of anger, and frustration in our state. And for those of you that didnt understand, its not the public and the still hunters making the threats burning the land beating people down (for the most part LOL) its bands of tresspassing trash that know how to scare a man into not calling the Sherriff.We shouldnt be battling back and forth for our rights. But, when you fathom that this is truely a typical stance of a dog man and that the rougues are well underneath what you have seen here, you will begin to get the idea that some hunters you just can not support.
