While you refuse to police your own and confront your ill behaved brothers, the rest of us are having confrontation after confrontation and yes sometimes it gets real ugly. I have seen men beaten, dogs shot, peoples land burned and many more incidents all revolving around the simple fact that you doggers cant keep your hounds in check.
Sounds to me like you should be more worried about reforming your law enforcement then anything.What good are new regulations going to do when they dont enforce the existing ones?If your reporting people that are breaking the law and thier doing nothing about it then you have worse problems then people running dogs on your property.Be kinda like reporting a burglary and having the cop say he can see the doors been kicked in and your stuffs been gone through but since theres nobody in the house they cant do anything
