ORIGINAL: LOUISIANA WHITETAILS
Ok so I found the newrifle I want to get Remington 700 SPS, but still not sure what caliber I want (My first rifle other than the little .22). Really Ithink I should get it in a 30-06, but mybuddies like and saythe .270 is the way to go. Note I live in Louisiana (mostly woods hunting) No huge feilds and praries like that, and I just want the overall all around caliber.
Every true gun nut should have both. Sadly at this particular time, I am out of 30-06's. I trade too much. But sure that will be remedied in the next few months.
