I think its BS. I live in WV and have my CCW permit. I filed for Florida permit so that I can carry in my neighboring state of Ohio. I feel as thought the CCW permit is our god given right. There should be a statewide carry law for all law abiding citizens. I do not venture out in the woods without my Glock 36 or Kimber CDP Pro II. You never know who or what might be out there that you stumble on. I would hope not to never use the pistol, but it feels good knowing that it is at your side in the event some misfortune would comeyour way. We in WV are allowed to carry a CCW during hunting seasons as long as it stays concealed. The reason for getting the permit in the first place is for protection and the fact that its our god given right to keep and bear arms. I think sportsman should take a stand and overturn this law.
