It depends on what type of fletching you utilize. I had a WB on two of my bows.....and it warped the vanes pretty badly (ESPECIALLY quick spins). Blazers....not so bad.

I switched to the QAD Ultra (like germ mentioned). I can flip up the rest arm on stand without having to draw the bow. It' s a full containment rest....so I don't lose anything in that capaciy......and I don't have to worry (either with cause or without) about fletching contact.
