I think if your dog ruins my hunt you should be responsible for paying meand my hunters what we pay for the hunt.
Just curious, you think dumping 400 lbs of corn on the ground every week effects your nieghbors hunting? If you werent baiting some of the deer you shoot more then likely wouldnt be on your property to begin with.Have you offered to pay for thier licenses?
Deer Hunting with dogs is alazy no count way to hunt
400 lbs of corn a weekfood plot mix
And sitting in a stand overlooking a pile of corn or a foodplot is quite demanding?Without the baitpiles and foodplots would the deer still naturally congregate to these areas? If not how is this more ethical than what anyone else is doing?Dog hunters are altering a deers behavior with dogs, your doing the same thing but using food to accomplish it.
Personally I dont care if you bait andI dont care if someone uses dogs. Its up to you and if its legal have at it.How anyone else kills thier deer legally is ofno concern to me.Making blanket statements about an entire group of hunters that dont hunt the way you do though does concern me, then you get idiots that are actively trying to get forms of hunting banned because they dont like em, happens all the time, dog hunting, baiting, crossbows, inline muzzleloaders, trapping, someone always thinks thier way is the only way and everyone else should change.Hunters have divided themselves into so many little factions now that antis dont even have to try to change things, were doing it to ourselves from the inside. Its going to cost us in the end, all they have to do is start with the most controversial methods of hunting and work thier way up, everytime a new vote comes up banning something it gets easier and easier for the nonhunting public to pass it.
