BTBOWHUNTER,the actual kill is probably higher than they calculate because hunters that use a processor are probably more likely to report their kill because they know they may be checked.Don't forget,the PGC also checksdeer from random hunters and from deer hanging at camps.Most hunters probably never realized their deer were checked.

No syestem is perfect and no systen will ever be able to get a 100% accurate estimate.What's more imortant is harvest trends and the present system shows that just fine.
