loose powder. I like using pyrodex RS because it doesnt give me any fussy crud ring. I also like 295 grain powerbelts. I cant help you with sabots, i dont use them so maybe someone can help you pick a sabot thats easy to load. 90-100 grains pyrodex rs will be more than enough for 100 yard shots.
